Information we collect
When you browse, contact us or place an order, information may include your name, contact details, delivery and billing details, order history, vehicle information you choose to provide, device information, and messages with us. Payment details are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; PB Valves does not receive your full card number.
This storefront stores a Shopify cart identifier in your browser so your cart can be restored. Hosting, security and commerce providers may also create technical logs needed to provide and protect their services.
Why we use it
We use information to provide checkout and fulfilment, answer fitment and support questions, prevent fraud and misuse, keep business records, comply with legal obligations, and improve the storefront. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, hosting providers and delivery carriers when needed to provide these services. Those providers may process information in Australia or overseas under their own security and privacy arrangements.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will assess and respond to privacy concerns within a reasonable time.
